Driving offences
There may be more than one offence that covers particular behaviour. Driving offences range from ‘document’ offences, for example when a person fails to produce a copy of their driving licence or other documents, to cases involving the death of another person.
interlegis has a very high volume of cases related to road traffic law.
We can help you with any issue related to traffic regulations and your driving licence. In case there is a contested or suspected violation, we will defend you in court, regardless of whether you are responsible or the victim.
We intervene in case of any violation of traffic regulations:
Speeding (automatic and mobile radar, speeding in combination with arrest, immobilisation of vehicle, withdrawal of driving licence, etc),
criminal offences (DUI, hit-and-run, driving without a valid licence, repeated speeding, etc) and
other cases of violation (using a mobile phone while driving, crossing a red traffic light, right-of-way violation, etc).
We will do our very best to either see the lawsuit dropped or charges and sentences reduced.
